What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Custom sizing and custom request are not refundable or returnable.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

All Boot Blankets are made by me, Erin, at my farm.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping anywhere in the US is FREE!!! All other countries the shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

How do I know what size to get?

I recommend you measure but the most common size is MEDIUM.This will fit those of you who wear regular width boots.It's super important that you measure over your boots and jeans.Message me for help.We now offer Boot Blankets in two different heights(currently not being offered in all colors and patterns yet):15” tall or10” tall

We offer our boot blankets in 3 sizes:

SMALL: for up to 16.5" measurement on widest section of your calf. Please be sure to measure over your boot and pants.

MEDIUM: our most average size. Up to 17.5". This will give plenty of room for your pants and boots. Please measure over your boot and pants.

LARGE: 18" and larger for wide calves or extra baggy pants. All Large orders are made custom so please allow a little extra time. 
How do I wash Boot Blankets?

Due to their woven nature and that they are wool, I recommend that you hand wash then in lukewarm water and a light soap. Hand them out to dry and do not ring them out. They will not do well in the washing machine.
